Resistance Bands That Work As Hard As You Do
Whether you're training at home, traveling, or working through a recovery program, a proper setup is hard to find. These resistance bands with handles give you a full-body workout with controlled, joint-friendly resistance — no cables, no machines, no excuses. Start light, go heavy, or combine bands to level up. It all fits in a bag.

5 Resistance Levels — From Warm-Up to Heavy Pull
Each color represents a different resistance level, so you can match the band to the exercise and your current strength:
| Color | Resistance | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Yellow | ~10 lbs (4.5 kg) | Warm-up, mobility, beginners |
| Green | ~15 lbs (6.8 kg) | Light strength, stretching |
| Red | ~20 lbs (9.1 kg) | Upper body, rows, chest press |
| Blue | ~25 lbs (11.3 kg) | Intermediate to advanced |
| Black | ~30 lbs (13.6 kg) | Heavy training, advanced lifters |
You can also combine bands to increase the total resistance — a common strategy when you're ready to progress but don't want to buy new equipment.
Built to last
Foam Grip Handles That Don't Slip
The handles are built around a cylindrical foam grip with a wide nylon wrist strap and a heavy-duty metal O-ring connector between the strap and the elastic tube. This reinforced attachment point is where most bands fail — here it's designed to hold up under repeated high-tension pulls. The foam absorbs grip fatigue so your hands stay comfortable throughout your set.

Frequently asked questions
Got Questions?
What's the difference between the colors?
Each color is a different resistance level. Yellow is lightest (~10 lbs / 4.5 kg), and Black is heaviest (~30 lbs / 13.6 kg). Choose by your current strength, or start with a lighter color and work your way up.
Can I combine multiple bands?
Yes. You can stack two or more bands on the same handles to increase total resistance — a practical way to progress without buying new bands each time you get stronger.
What exercises can I do with this band?
Bicep curls, rows, shoulder press, lat pulldowns, chest press, leg press, squats, and core rotations — almost any exercise that uses cables or free weights can be adapted for resistance bands.
Is it suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. The Yellow and Green bands offer a gentle starting point for those just building strength or returning to movement. The handles make it easier to maintain proper form compared to loop-only bands.
How do I care for the band?
Wipe the band and handles with a damp cloth after use. Keep it out of direct sunlight when not in use — UV exposure can degrade the elastic over time. Store loosely, not stretched under tension.

Morning routines, long days at work, everyday walks. This is where Ergokliniken fits in. Real experiences from people using our products in everyday life.
I put the Ergokliniken insoles in my work shoes and noticed the difference straight away. My feet feel much less tired at the end of the day.
The balance board looked simple, but after a few minutes I could really feel it through my calves and ankles. It’s become part of my morning routine.
What I like most is that they’re simple products you can actually use in everyday life. Nothing complicated, just small things that make my routine more comfortable.
